আর তাই নিম্মোক্ত বিষয়গুলোর উপর সরকারের সরাসরি হস্তক্ষেপ ও বাস্তবায়ন অতিব আবশ্যক।
১। প্রবাসী ও প্রবাসে আসতে ইচ্ছুক সকলের পাসপোর্ট/আইডি কার্ড (নতুন/নবায়ন/সংশোধন) এ বিদ্যমান জটিলতা দূর করে দ্রুতসময়ের মধ্যে সম্পাদন নিশ্চিত করা। প্রবাসীদের পাসপোর্ট সাধারন ক্যাটাগরি থেকে উঠিয়ে এনে ভি আই পি’র পাশাপাশি পাসপোর্ট কালার (রঙ) নির্ধারন করা।
২। প্রত্যেক প্রবাসীর “প্রবাসী কল্যাণ কার্ড” এর আদলে জীবনবীমা নিশ্চিত করত: বীমা প্রদান করা।
৩। প্রবাসীদের ভাষাগত শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি স্ব স্ব কাজে কর্মদক্ষতা অর্জনে যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের পাশাপাশি “বাংলাদেশ ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন” এর গুরুত্বপূর্ন সেল- ট্রেনিং প্রোগ্রাম সেল’কে সরকারী অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে কাজে লাগিয়ে প্রকৃত জনসম্পদ রপ্তানি নিশ্চিত করা।
৪। প্রবাসে আসতে আগ্রহীদের ভিসা প্রোসেসিং/স্টাম্পিং/এয়ার টিকিট সংশ্লিষ্ট দূর্নীতির বিরোদ্ধে সরকারকে জিরু টলারেন্স নিশ্চিত করে মুষ্ঠিমেয় কালো ব্যাক্তিকে জলাঞ্জলি দিয়ে বৃহত্তর জনগোষ্ঠির স্বার্থ রক্ষা করা। দু:জনক হলেও সত্য যা সম্পন্ন করতে আমাদের দেশে লেগে যায় প্রায় ৫ লাখ টাকা, সেখানে নেপালের মত রাস্ট্রে সেটা হয় মাত্র ২০/৩০ হাজার রুপিতে (ভিসা ফী বাদে)।
